Our health care principle is mainly to exercise and adjust a reasonable nutritional diet to improve our immunity and disease resistance, and to treat diseases as a secondary method. Why not make your body stronger and keep a safe distance from disease? The best medicine is in your body.
Why choose traditional Chinese medicine to treat internal diseases?
Many people think that only when your doctor can't help will you choose a different treatment method. This is a wrong way of thinking, which will only make you struggle in pain.
Modern medicine seems very sophisticated and scientific, but the results are not ideal. Chinese medicine has advantages in internal medicine. If someone has a heart problem, Chinese medicine will be alert to the seriousness of the problem from the early stage of unexplained insomnia. Patients can feel that there is a problem with their heart, but modern medicine may miss.
If you are afraid of bitterness when taking Chinese herbal medicine, pain when taking acupuncture and tiredness when exercising, Chinese medicine can't help you more. Only those who have the desire to survive can overcome these difficulties.
Tai Chi and Qi Gong is an exercise program for health and wellbeing based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). My classes are suitable for all ages and all abilities ncluding disabilities and blind people. It is thought that practicing Tai Chi regularly is useful for building strength, improving balance and mobility. Through the slow gentle movement of the joints and limbs, Tai Chi drives the blood circulation, the respiratory system, the endocrine system and the nervous system of the body to generate more energy and in turn can make the body feel stronger.
