What is traditional Chinese herbal medicine?
The roots, leaves, stems, flowers and fruits of plants produced in China or outside China are the basic components. They are combined with the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine and taken in a way that is suitable for human absorption to achieve the purpose of treating diseases.

Why choose Chinese herbal medicine and how does it work?
In theory, oral herbal medicine is much safer than intramuscular or intravenous injection of drugs. People who eat harmful or spoiled food will quickly produce vomiting reactions and excrete them from the body. This is the first line of defense for the human body. Any creature on the earth needs a living environment, including any virus. For example, there are thousands of mosquitoes and flies in the house that need to be driven away. First, find their weaknesses - fear of cold. Turn on the air conditioner to cool down and soon the flies and mosquitoes will fly away. Chinese herbal medicine is a medicine that changes the human body environment.

Chinese medicine is dialectical medicine. It will not prescribe a drug to numb the nerves to solve the problem because all people are in pain. Different prescriptions should be given according to each person's constitution, age, nature of pain and environment, and the root cause of the disease should be found to solve the problem thoroughly.

Chinese medicine was developed 2,500 years ago during the Eastern Han Dynasty. it has an absolute advantage in internal medicine. The taste of Chinese herbal medicine is not acceptable to most people, its value and efficacy are real.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture and moxibustion, one of the therapeutic methods in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) with a history of several thousand years, developed in the ancient times and has contributed much to the healthcare and medical treatment for the Chinese people.

Acupuncture and moxibustion is an external therapy. By means of needling and moxibustion, it can stimulate the body and activate the regulating functions of the body to improve and rectify the disturbance and dysfunction of certain organs in the body. Such a therapy not only can treat disease, but also can prevent disease.

Does acupuncture hurt? Everyone responds differently to the treatment, like a mosquito bite, with a feeling of soreness, heaviness, swelling, and numbness.

What should be paid attention to in acupuncture? Excessive hunger, fullness, fatigue and tension before acupuncture is not suitable. Do not move your body during acupuncture, as the needles in the joints are easy to bend. After acupuncture, you should not do strenuous exercise, swim, take a bath, and rub the acupuncture points on your body to avoid infection.

What are the side effects of acupuncture? Any treatment method has side effects, and acupuncture has relatively few side effects. There will be a small amount of bleeding and bruising in the part with rich blood vessels, it will be absorbed on its own within 1 to 2 weeks. Infections can also occur due to improper care, and we use disposable needles only which have a very low chance of infection. Some patients may feel dizzy from acupuncture, but they will recover soon after the needle is removed without affecting their health. Some clients have a severe treatment reaction and feel worse but feel better after a while because the energy used up in the body takes time to recover from the treatment.

What kinds of diseases can be treated by Acupuncture? Many more conditions and diseases can be treated by Acupuncture (the insertion of very fine needles to promote the flow of energy within the body) is a balancing technique purported to restore the body to optimal health.

Moxibustion

Moxibustion is a traditional Chinese medicine technique that involves the burning of mugwort, a small, spongy herb, to facilitate healing. Moxibustion has been used throughout Asia for thousands of years. Its purpose is to strengthen the blood, stimulate the flow of Qi or energy, and maintain good health. An increase in the circulation of Qi can help your body deal with a broad range of issues, including to treat digestive problems, Arthritis, headaches, muscle stiffness, back pain, tendonitis, fatigue, chronic pain and circulatory system.

Cupping

What is Cupping? Cupping is a treatmeant that uses a partial vacuum on various parts of the body for curative purpose. This is one of the oldest form of therapy. According to document records, this therapy was used not only in ancient China but also in Egypt. The ancient Chinese used bamboo, wood or coconut shells to serve as "cups". Howerver, the cups widely used now are usually made by glasses, metals or plastics.
When applied to the surface of the skin the underlying soft-tissue is drawn to the cup. The treatment gives the tissue a superb massage. It breaks down adhesions and thus removes hindrances to the circulation. Sometimes, the cups may be moved to provide an extensive form of massage and skin stimulation. After the cupping, slight bruising might take place in the treated areas, normaly it 2-3 weeks will go away and but for some it will take longer, but this is of little consequence.
